posta.preved.co is run by HEYVANKA YAZILIM LTD. ŞTİ., a limited company registered in Türkiye. Trade-registry name on file until the change is published: HEYV PHARMA KOZMETİK TİC. VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. (name change filed 5 October 2026, Mersin Trade Registry). Our address, tax ID and contact details are in the footer of this page. A Turkish version is at /tr/terms. If the two differ, the Turkish version applies.

1. What posta is

posta is an email hosting service with an API, for developers, AI agents and small businesses. You connect a domain you own and create real mailboxes (IMAP, SMTP, webmail). We offer it as free early access: it is new, it may have faults, and we may change features. These terms are a contract between you and us from the moment you create an account.

We intend posta for business and developer use. When you sign up you tell us you use it for your trade, business or profession. If you are in fact a consumer, the consumer law still protects you. If you buy Pro as a consumer (not for your trade, business or profession), tell us at checkout; the consumer rules in our Sales terms then apply to you.

2. Signing up and how the contract is made

1. Enter your email address and a password on the sign-up page.

2. Read these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, and tick the box to accept them. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your data; you don't need to accept it.

3. Click "Create account". We email you a link; the contract starts when you confirm your email address. The email also contains a link to the exact version of these terms you accepted.

• If you typed your email wrong, just sign up again with the right address. Unconfirmed sign-ups expire after 3 days.
• We keep the version you accepted and the date. Every version stays available at /terms/, and you can save or print it at any time.
• The contract is in Turkish and English; the Turkish text prevails.

3. Plans and payment

Free plan. 1 domain, 1 mailbox, 500 MB, up to 50 outgoing messages a day per mailbox, for 1 domain and 1 mailbox. It costs nothing and we don't ask for a card. We may change or end the free plan by telling you by email at least 30 days before. If we must act sooner for security or legal reasons, we tell you as soon as we can.

Pro plan. 1 domain and up to 10 mailboxes, with the same limits per mailbox as the free plan (1 domain, 1 mailbox, 500 MB, up to 50 outgoing messages a day). Bulk and marketing mail is not allowed on any plan.

• Price: USD 100 for one year, in total. We don't add tax on top. You pay once, by card, on iyzico's secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.
• Start: your Pro plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and runs for 365 days.
• No automatic renewal. We never charge your card again by ourselves. We email you 30 days and 7 days before your plan ends. To renew, pay again in the dashboard; each payment adds one year.
• When Pro ends and you haven't renewed, your account moves to the free plan. For the first 14 days everything keeps working, so you can renew or export your mail. After that you keep one mailbox (the one you choose; if you don't choose, the oldest one). The others are suspended: nobody can sign in to them or send from them, and we may stop accepting new mail for them. We delete suspended mailboxes and their mail 60 days after suspension, and we email you 14 days before we do. If you renew before then, they come back as they were.
• Refunds and cancelling: see our Sales terms and refund policy. In short: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying. After that, consumers can cancel at any time and get back the unused part.
• Price changes: the price and limits of a year you have paid for don't change. We may change the price for future purchases. If you have Pro, we tell you at least 30 days before your plan ends.
• Invoice: we issue an electronic invoice (e-Arşiv) under Turkish tax law and email it to you within 7 days. We need your full name or company name, country and billing address; your tax or VAT number if you have one. Please make sure they are correct.

4. Your domain and your account

You may connect only domains you own or are authorised to use. Keep your password and API keys secret; you are responsible for what is done with them, including by your AI agents and scripts. Follow our Acceptable Use Policy; it is part of these terms.

5. Your mail and your data

The mail in your mailboxes is yours. For that content you are the data controller and we are the data processor (KVKK): we process it only to provide the service, keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and do not use it for anything else. We look at a specific message only as described in the Acceptable Use Policy or when a Turkish court or authority orders it. Backups: see our Privacy Notice. You can export your mail over IMAP at any time.

6. Availability

Free early access has no uptime guarantee. We may do maintenance and will try to announce planned work in advance. Keep your own copy of mail you can't afford to lose. On Pro we announce planned maintenance that stops the service at least 48 hours before, by email.

7. Suspension and ending the contract

You can stop at any time: delete your mailboxes and domain in the dashboard and write to privacy@preved.co to close your account. We may suspend or close an account as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. Otherwise we may end the contract by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email, so you have time to export your mail. After the account is closed we delete your mail as described in the Privacy Notice. If we end the contract for our own reasons while you have Pro, we refund the unused part of your year.

8. Changes to these terms

We tell you by email about changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can close your account before that date; continuing after it means you accept. Changes required by law or for security may apply sooner. During a year you have paid for, we don't change the terms of your plan to your disadvantage. If you don't accept other changes, you can cancel Pro and get back the unused part.

9. Using this website

You may read this site and share links to it. Please don't attack it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or try to get into parts that aren't public. We may block traffic that harms the site.

10. Content and names

The text, design and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. Other product names on this site belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they work with us or endorse us.

11. Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and available, but it may contain mistakes or be unavailable at times.

12. Liability

We are not liable for losses that come from using this website or the service, except where Turkish law doesn't allow us to limit liability (for example for intentional acts or gross negligence). Nothing here limits your rights under the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) if you are a consumer.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) or the consumer courts as the law provides. Otherwise, the courts of Mersin, Türkiye, have jurisdiction.
