Sales Terms and Refund Policy (pre-contract information)

This page is the pre-contract information and the distance sales contract for the posta Pro plan. It is part of our Terms of Service. Read it before you pay. If you buy as a consumer, Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts) applies, and nothing here limits your rights under it. A Turkish version is at /tr/sales. If the two differ, the Turkish version applies.

2. What you buy

posta Pro: email hosting for 1 domain you own and up to 10 mailboxes (IMAP, SMTP, webmail, API), for one year. Each mailbox has 500 MB and can send up to 50 messages a day. Bulk and marketing mail is not allowed (Acceptable Use Policy). Works with any standard IMAP/SMTP mail app and over HTTPS with our API. There is no uptime guarantee.

3. Price and payment

USD 100 in total for one year (365 days). We don't add tax on top. No other fees from us. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
Paid once, by credit or debit card, through iyzico (a licensed payment institution in Türkiye). We never see your card number.
No automatic renewal. We never charge you again unless you pay again yourself.

4. Start and duration

The plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually immediately) and runs for 365 days. We email you a confirmation with a copy of these terms.

5. Right of withdrawal and 14-day refund

Everyone (consumers and businesses): you can cancel within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason, and we refund the full amount. Write to merhaba@preved.co from your account email, or use the form below. We confirm receipt immediately and refund to the same card within 14 days. We charge nothing for this.
For consumers this is your legal right of withdrawal (14 days, starting on the day the contract is made).
After a refund, your account moves to the free plan as described in our Terms §3.

6. Cancelling after 14 days

Consumers can cancel Pro at any time without a reason or penalty, by email to merhaba@preved.co. We stop Pro within 7 days and refund the unused part of your year (counted by days) within 15 days, with no deduction. We confirm the cancellation by email.
Business customers: you can stop using Pro at any time, but we don't refund the remaining time after the first 14 days.

7. When Pro ends

See Terms §3: reminders 30 and 7 days before, 14 days in which everything keeps working, then extra mailboxes are suspended and deleted after 60 days, with an email 14 days before deletion.

8. If something is wrong

If the service is not as described, tell us at merhaba@preved.co. If you are a consumer, you have the rights in Article 15 of Law No. 6502 (we perform the service again, you get a price reduction, or you end the contract, plus compensation where the law allows).

9. Invoice

We issue an electronic invoice (e-Arşiv) under Turkish tax law and email it to you within 7 days of payment.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers can apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti), or to the consumer court after first applying to a mediator as Law No. 6502 Art. 73/A requires. Other disputes: courts of Mersin, Türkiye.

11. Records

We keep a record of what you accepted (version, date, time) and of your order for at least 3 years, and the invoice and payment records for 10 years, as Turkish law requires. You can save or print this page at any time; every version stays at /sales/.
